Let’s face it, we all get dry skin at times; but it can be worse if you have been in hospital or are on treatment. Hormone changes, changes in season, heating, air conditioning, changed nutrition can all be culprits for dry, uncomfortable or flaky skin. But that’s not all. When you have had treatment for cancer (even if you have finished) there are times when it is hard to recognise the person looking back at you in the mirror.
