We realise that you might not feel “it’s Gonna be OK” – so read the fine print on this one under the title! During treatment for an illness, there are lots and lots (and lots!) of chances to get your plans, musings, whines, worries, goals and questions in a notebook. Illness means facing all kinds of fears and worries; even facing the things that scare us most. This notebook is a rare opportunity to really reflect on what you think and to write it down and grapple with unhelpful thoughts.
