This little pad is magic – just keep it cool, pop it in your pillow slip, and it seriously does the trick. Perfect for when you feel a bit flustered, having a hot flush or are feeling anxious or emotional. Power surges (otherwise known as hot flushes) are not a happy occurrence for many women.
