RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at admin@treatmetreasureme.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues.
We continue to receive only positive feedback on all of our products and gifts. If, however, you have received a faulty item, we offer your choice of a refund or 120% store credit. All refunds will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the items, and will be processed immediately upon receipt of your returned item.

Please include your original order number so we can track this back to your payment and issue any applicable refund.
Please note that if you return an item, you will need to cover the cost of postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Treat me Treasure me will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. At a minimum, we suggest you use a trackable postage option.
