SHIPPING

Parcel Post:

All packages are shipped via Australia Post from Sydney.

Orders under $149 will be charged a flat rate of $9 for postage and handling. 

Orders over $149 will receive FREE SHIPPING.

All headwear and cards are shipped FREE OF CHARGE.  


Express Shipping:

Any order can be shipped via Australia Post Express for a FLAT RATE of $15 for postage and handling.

This option is available at checkout – select ‘Express Post $15’ before payment.

Australia Post does not guarantee next day delivery to all locations. Please be aware of the destination of your parcel to determine whether next day delivery is able to be provided.   See ‘Tracking Your Order’ below for details of communications you will receive from both Treat me Treasure me and Australia Post regarding the estiamted delivery timeframes for your parcel.


Estimated delivery times:

We will endeavour to provide same day dispatch on all orders made before 12pm, Monday to Friday.  Orders placed on the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries.  Orders are processed and shipped from Sydney.

The timeframe for delivery will be dependent on the destination of your parcel and on Australia Post’s service levels to your destination from Sydney.

Courier service can be provided.

Hospital delivery can also be arranged.


Tracking your order:

We always do our best to ensure processing, packing and delivery of your order in the shortest possible timeframe. However, once we hand your parcel to Australia Post, we are beholden to their delivery schedules and timeframes.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from Treat me Treasure me, noting that your order is ‘Complete’. This indicates that that the order has left Treat me Treasure me and is in the hands of Australia Post.

Purchases sent via Parcel Post (all gift boxes and most other purchases – with the exception of cards and smaller headwear purchases) will be tracked via Australia Post tracking.  An email will be sent from Australia Post, to the email address provided with your order, at each stage of processing and delivery.  These emails will include an estimated delivery date for your order.

Where an order is a gift which has been sent directly to the gift recipient, the purchaser of the gift will be informed when the parcel has been delivered to their loved one.

      My greatest apologies – I just found your ‘comment’ on our shipping page asking about shipping to NZ.
      We are an Australian based company but can ship to NZ for you if you’re still interested. We’ll just do you a separate quote for shipping and will charge on only what we are charged.
      Let me know if you’re still interested and what you’d like to purchase and where it’ll be sent and I’ll do you a quote immediately.
