Jemma, from Mind My Health Psychology and Treat me Treasure me, is a clinical psychologist and has 20 years of experience in working with people who are facing a wide range of emotional and health challenges. Jemma has a particular interest in helping people adjust to the challenges that illness brings and has unique experience in the care of those with cancer and their families.

Jemma’s aim is to help you to live well and these podcasts will introduce you to techniques and skills with strong scientific evidence which help make a real difference in coping with life’s ups and downs.
